Modding on the Spectrum

It's always possible to use the middle mouse button to open links in new tabs. But it's more comfortable when the site does it automatically. I was sure that I forgot something. Luckily, I was pointed to it. Now you can click on a link in the forum and it opens automatically in a new tab.

I only needed to change some lines of code and I found the final solution here.

When I update the forum software, I need to remember making this change again. If I forget it, feel free to nudge me here .

That works just nicely. Now I can forget what I had forgotten or just never knew!

The update of the forum software did indeed overwrite my edited bbcode.html. Luckily, I remembered that I changed this file to allow links to be opened in new tabs automatically and I restored the edited lines of code.
