The blessed moons have set, the paths are closed, and it is once again time for this one to tend the inn for our most honored guests. Excuse please while the ash pit's are emptied and the fires rebuilt. You might want to cover your tankards for a bit. This can get a might dusty, and Khajiit know not from free refills... There, much better no? Ah'vrie always likes to start the weekend off with happy fires. They warm more than the room as his mother liked to say. Now excuse please while the ash is composted, the kettles are scrubbed, the garden is tended, and fresh water is put to the boil... The life of an inn keeper is glamorous no?

While a bit ridiculous at face value, Ah'vrie sort of likes the idea that as you progress in the game, you develop the skill to craft stronger picks. Though the weaker picks in this mod are, well, STUPID! what idiotic thief would craft lockpicks from gold or silver With a little judicial editing, this could be a really nice if not immersive addition.

Okay the old cat has been solidly avoiding EVG since it's release. Basically because it has no purpose in the game unless you have mod added locations that require it. There were too many game breaking features. Now however... Well the old cat has to admit that this is a use case for EVG that the old cat can't ignore. This is such an improvement over the standard activator for a trap door Ah'vrie might have to re-think adding EVG to the load order. This one gets a cookie.

This one is a matter of taste... The new textures are slightly less shiny, which gives them a less variegated look. While the old cat honestly prefers Dr. Jacobo's original textures, these have a different, less 'sharp' yet consistent look. You'll have to make up your own minds which you prefer. We love choice. Okay, The old cat really likes this one, but read the mod page. This is a fantasy game so we can totally ignore the fact that alcohol increases blood flow to the extremities and will speed up hypothermia in actuality. It does however provide a 'feeling of warmth' which is good enough for this game. The buffs from rebrewing stronger variants are reasonable and the formulas are well thought out. To be honest it's really nice to see a new author improving RP and playability instead of just another cheat. 2 cookies and a seat by the fires. Downloaded

Housecarls don't spawn when you become thane, they live from the beginning, but only join after you become thane.

This one is kind of sketchy; it does not alter the AI packages of the NPCs so mods like Housecarls Have Lives are recommended. Also housecarl replacer mods come into question as well. The old cat does like the ides of running into these people in town before the begin life again as your guards / pack mules. Might need some tweaking and patching to get it to work as envisioned. Nice idea though.
