Not the first armor degradation system, but unlike most that reduce protection over time due to damage, this mod allows them to be destroyed and vanish. The old cat's only problem with that is the way armors are 'packaged' in this game. Ah'vrie can't speak for others, but he plays a survival game, and has been known to miss-time 4 blocks in a single fight. If that happened near the sea of ghosts you'd end up spawning armor just to survive the walk back to Winterhold or Dawnstar. The author has thought of this and there are 4 difficulty levels. An attempt to inject a little reality into the tempering system. You need oil to sharpen blades, Bow strings to rejuvenate bows, and sheet metal to fortify armor. And of course you have to craft the required materials. The old cat likes the concept from an RP perspective, but in truth, it just injects more tedium. IE: you craft sheet metal from Steel and charcoal, oil from different plants, and bowstrings from leather. Better than some, but still just adds extra steps. Thanks

Alright, where to start? The old cat has no love of the stupid CW quest line, and makes no pretense otherwise. There are several other mods that allow you to buy Hjerim without joining the war. This goes a step further and allows you to become thane without taking sides, but it also allows you to collect the crown without doing those quests as well. That can come in handy if you're doing an LOTD playthrough. Thanks, not for old cats though.

The idea that the elemental attacks would combine to have an additional effect has merit. IE: fire and frost combine to reduce elemental resistance... The old cat assumes it's supposed to look like someones arm, complete with skin, but this does not look like anything even a cannibal would eat. It's ugly not appetizing. And it it showed up on that butcher table in Markarth, there would be no butcher... A skinned thigh with a protruding bone would be much more appropriate. Hard pass on this one as well.

No information given as to the story or the quest(s) Get led by a spirit fox through a series of radiant quests at random locations. Interesting that the author already removed several comments including one that the fox just sat there and did nothing with no interactions. It is at least partially voiced, but there's no other information given.

Ah'vrie recommends a wait and see on this one. Especially if they keep removing comments. Sack of salt until we know more.

The blessed moons are full tonight, and this old cat will be keeping his silver inlaid mace on his belt until the weekend. Okay, the old cat likes this from several perspectives. Balance, and the relative lack of speech trainers in general being at the fore. There is a minor bug where he stops offering training at level 35, but if you level up without him once or twice you can finish training up to level 50. The author is aware and working on it, but it's only their third mod. Still this one is cookie worthy. Tracking for now.

This one is for Akostic's fox people. The mod page gives little information as to the actual comments, but there's a video included that tells the tale. Of no use if you're not including any custom races, but immersive if you are. Thanks, The lines are short and generic enough that this could have been done with splicing, but AI it is.
