[Help] I can't get Deviously Cursed Loot working properly

Yes, I'm here to complain about a lewd mod, sorry for the indecency ! I tried getting everything working on my own, but it looks like this mod is a kind of a dud! I'm trying to get it to work, but there is just too many problems that I have with this that I can't seem to fix! I mean for god sake's why am I cleaning up somebody else's mess all the time in this game, it's getting ridiculous! It probably doesn't help that I installed The New Gentleman and not SOS, also, I see nothing for rubber hood and I'm supposed to use ♡♡♡♡ outfit studio and look up more tutorials, FUUCCCK!!!!!.... Anyway, sorry for the indecency once again, but I needed to vent! I swear, this is the most ludicrous game I have ever modded, why does everyone have an obsession with complexity, I don't have time for this crap garbo !

I agree, this doesn't help that this is the first topic I make after I have a temper tantrum on the GMOD forums! you didn't know, well now you know, it's the internet, it's not like I can get away from my dark actions anyhow, someone probably saw! Do you play a female or male character? I ask this question because the description of Deviously Cursed Loot says that it's incompatible with male characters and you mentioned the mod The New Gentleman in one of your posts.

Conflict with other mods are also possible. See the list of conflicting mods on the download page of Deviously Cursed Loot on LoversLab.

Then check if all required mods are installed correctly.

What kind of hood do you mean? The mod description mentions different collars but no hoods (except in the list of credits). There's the Rubber Collar and the Slave Collar. What's wrong with the item? Is it not visible? Do you have problems with its effects that didn't activate?


I compared your list of mods with the list of conflicting mods. I haven't found any matches.

Thank you for the info, I must've missed it somewhere! The rubber hood is a mod item from DCL which covers the whole head. when I put it on the first time it showed up, but the neck seam was missing! Then I put it on with a collar, and it doesn't show up, and balds my character, removing the custom hair I gave him! It would be a complete downer if it actually doesn't support males like you said !

I examined the plugin in SSEEdit. The hoods have no male models, or to be more precise, no models were assigned to the male version at all. The hoods become invisible on male characters because there is nothing to display due to the missing model. The hoods occupy the hair slot, among other things. Hair therefore also becomes invisible on male characters. If the head slot is occupied by the hoods, the entire head becomes invisible. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it because the author has said that there won't be a male version .
