Most of the time I sell my surplus stuff in Whiterun. Arcadia's Cauldron is one of the shops I may visit regularly. However, when addressing Arcadia, she often mentions I might have Ataxia or the Rattles even when I have not contracted any disease! Problem is that her dialogue topics have no conditions to check if the player character has indeed any diseases. This tiny mod changes that, but if your player character has contracted a disease Arcadia will make such a remark, although being wrong about the type of disease. At least you know when to use a potion of cure disease or to buy one or visit a shrine.
