I couldn't tell if it was requested or just another spam bot. I only translated the first paragraph. Just seemed like an odd place for a full page add LOL

Big news for me... I finally close on my new house on Friday. It's been a bit of a twisty road, but all the bumps are finally smoothing out. Loan's approved, paperwork is all done... It's finally happening.
