It's a first mod so we won't poke tooo much, but this isn't a fix, it barely counts as a workaround. It renames the embers in the affected braziers which effectively disables Rain Extinguishes Fires for those braziers. The old cat removed the mod... My 'fix' works even better

Ah'vrie is sure the goddess appreciates having a weekend off every now and then, and hopefully the hunts will be that much richer next week. PsychoSlammer released Remodeled Armor SE... Trans-Textures. Basically took ChronoTrigger's already skimpy mod and made all of the clothing semi transparent as well.
No link warranted, but to be honest the old cat might consider breaking out the stalhrim armor. That should be semi transparent in game seeing as I have a refractive overhaul for Stalhrim installed which makes it transparent. Moving right along...
ColdSun's Pantheon - Legends - Morgaine - Replacer. So coldsun is done making his Stepford wives and is now putting his cookie cutter face on GhostWarrior's follower? Yeah, sorry this doesn't rate a link either. The original face was at least interesting.

tcbflash is still fixated on Survival mode. The 'tweaks' in wet matters, and snow matters, have grown into a full blown overhaul. Campfire, and Ineed required.

Ah'vrie really likes the concept behind this modand will be testing it at his next restart. It's another of those "This should have been vanilla behavior" mods. It requires SPID v6.4.0+ to be able to alter the NPC template flags... Make sure to read the mod page as always.

Our brew of the day is Miami Espresso and the biscuits are oatmeal raisin for now. we'll be baking fresh after Ah'vrie returns from the markets later yes we will.
