This new mod which I am already testing for a little while is based on Enderal's secure chests, but not on fixed places like the various market places and the two only buyable player homes in Ark.
Go to the Guardian Stones where you will find a note with a riddle (not to hard to solve). This leads to the place where you will find 2 spell tomes. One spell tome teaches a spell that will let you replace any chest (up to a maximum of 50) with a secure chest. All chests will act like these are just one single chest. Place an item in one of the secure chests and you can take that item out of any other secure chest. The other spell tome will teach you a spell which lets you summon a secure chest.
Just a little more testing in a new playthrough!

Re: Secure Chests
Most of this new mod works fine, with the exception of replacing a chest in the Hearthfire manors. I know what the problem is, but haven't found a solution (yet). At the moment replacing of an HF chest works, the secure chest becomes invisible, but can still be interacted with.
