Ah'vrie wishes you well. It is Loredas the 6th of Evening Star, and a quiet predawn here on warm sands. Wage slaves rejoice, the weekend has arrived. The blessed moons have set, but they were gibbous last night so keep those silver weapons close for another day at least. Excuse please while the ash pits are emptied and the fires rebuilt. You may want to cover your tankards for a bit, this can get a tad dusty... There, much better no? Ah'vrie always likes to begin the weekend with happy fires, and a happy fire needs to breathe. They warm more than the room as this ones mother often said. Now to put fresh water to the flame while this one sweeps and mops the floors, tends the garden, and scrubs the kettles. The life of an innkeeper is glamorous yes, but maybe not for everyone.

The old cat still uses Manny's notice board... but might need to rethink that now. The mod adds 20 new type of missive that aren't all fetch quests, and Jay's splicing magic to add new voiced responSes as well. Definitely worth a look, a listen, and a cookie.

And that will do for today. The ale is fresh, and the new batch of mead is ready. We'll be serving medallions of venison, marinated in Colovian brandy, and served on a bed of roast potatoes and onions, with a poached egg on top for the early meal. We'll plan the late meal when this one returns from the markets later. This one was thinking carrot, potato and dragon stew if the carrots look fresh.
The fires are stoked, the kettles scrubbed, and the floors are swept and mopped. Have a seat by the fires and warm your bones. We-B-Open!
