I’ve actually wanted a new fridge ever since I moved into the new flat. In the old flat, it was in the storage room, where the noise didn’t bother me. Now it’s in the hallway and the noise bothers me immensely.

Today I went on a trip to the beach in Cuxhaven (a town on Germany’s North Sea coast). Sitting on my picnic blanket, I ate the food from my cool bag, such as salad, grapes and meatballs. As I arrived in the early evening, it was low tide and I could only see the sea in the distance. On the plus side, there were very few people there. I watched the ships passing by and took photos of them. Next time, I’ll visit the ferry terminal in Cuxhaven, where you get a great view of the huge ships.
