Panam had once again asked V for help. This time it was about her camp, which was under threat from hostile nomads. Without hesitation, V set off.
The huge military vehicle that she had stolen together with the nomads was waiting for her at the camp. It had been in poor condition at the time. Now it had regained its full splendor.
With the help of this vehicle, V was able to repel the enemy nomads. Panam thanked V on behalf of her nomadic family.
Before she left the nomads, V went to her tent and looked at herself in the mirror with satisfaction.
Back to Night City
V had a date with Judy. They relaxed on the couch, had a nice chat and danced.
The next morning, V visited her clients, a wealthy couple.
V was supposed to solve the mayor's death. The two are convinced that he did not die of natural causes.
During her investigations, she met detective River Ward. Together they uncovered that there is a conspiracy behind the mayor's death. Unfortunately, however, high-ranking officials prevented the case from being fully solved.
Later, V investigated a case that affected River personally. His nephew had been kidnapped. V was able to solve the case. She had never seen him so happy and relieved.
Next, V met with Takemura. He wanted to meet a person at the big parade who is being closely guarded. But he is wanted by the organization to which the person belonged.

Takemura was able to make contact with the target, but in the end their operation blew up in their faces.
After the dust had settled, V made a date with River to have dinner together.

V: "That looks fantastic. And it smells wonderful. I can hardly wait to try it!"

After dinner, V and River enjoyed the evening atmosphere on the tower near Joss's home.
