Didn't do much this weekend. My energy and motivation is very low recently. Are these the after-effects of the busy weeks and I need more time to recharge my batteries this time or are these symptoms of a (beginning) burnout?

Nevertheless, I will talk with my medical psychotherapist, whom I visit at the end of this month, about the problem with my lack of energy and motivation. Maybe he has some ideas how I can boost my energy levels which I haven't thought of.
Today, I had the appointment with my medical psychotherapist and, luckily, I remembered to ask him what I can do to boost my energy levels. He suggested that I should take more strolls to get going - starting with jogging would cause even more stress for my system, he thinks. In the last couple of days, I managed to do some longer strolls through the inner city. I think that I have a bit more energy available than I had at the beginning of March.
After the appointment, I called my mum to pick me up and we drove to the construction market as planned (but a lot later because I waited a lot longer than expected in the waiting room). And yes, I got the acrylic varnish pen

.
It was too late to have breakfast so we ate lunch at the food court of a shopping mall which is not that far away from the construction market. We didn't stay long in the mall because it was too busy for us.
We completed our remaining errands at the shopping center in the district where my mother lives.
Doing the errands was too much for me. I needed about two hours to recharge my batteries by lying in the bed doing nothing, just keeping my eyes shut and let my mind wander. It was like meditation. I felt refreshed afterwards.
I was able to fix the damage I did to the rubber coating of the new headphones. With the water-based acrylic varnish pen (color of the varnish: a matt black) I applied several thin layers of varnish to the damaged area (before that I removed any fat residues with sanitizer so that the varnish adheres better). Now the damage is barely noticeable. Next time, I won't use any sharp objects to clean the grooves of the headphones
