Re: Regulars' Table
On Monday I moved my workstation to another room in the office. I sat next to a colleague who often needs to call people (advertising sales) which distracted me a lot (my ear plugs/earmuff combo didn't help much). Now, after enduring this for a long time, I decided to try the "glass box" office room where I can isolate myself whenever I need this. I could have done this earlier but I wasn't ready to talk about this at that time.

Hi, all! I'm back - was taking some time away from everything - a "depression leave" if you will. Have some catching up to do here, Steam, and AFK Mods.

Re: Regulars' Table
Thanks, Selene! When I get like that, things just become very difficult for me, and I find it impossible to interact with anyone at all. Everything is sort of a "why bother?" It becomes a matter of making it to the end of the day being a major accomplishment, and yet, also a major disappointment.
Anyway, I need to get Etienne to Lakeview, then some few minor things in the current playthrough, and then start work on the new playthrough (if it wasn't for the fat that I have to remove a few mods, I would just keep playing).

Too all who celebrate it, I would just like to wish a very happy Thanksgivings Day! And even if you do not celebrate it, I hope that all have a wonderful day regardless!

Re: Regulars' Table
I really wouldn't know! I don't celebrate Thanksgiving and "turkey day" is the day I have turkey for dinner.
Still, everybody who celebrates it, Happy Thanksgiving!

Re: Regulars' Table
I don't know how I managed to corrupt the test forum installation on my local machine (I believe it has something to do that I didn't shutdown the Apache and Mysql services in the XAMPP Control Panel before I shutdown the computer yesterday). When I tried to load the forum on localhost the next day, I only got a critical Mysql error message. Then I saw that the Mysql service isn't running and restarting it gave me the error "mysql shutdown unexpectedly". After I restored the backup from the mysql data folder, I could finally run the Mysql service but I still got the critical error message when I try to load the test forum. The final solution was importing a database backup of the forum's database, repairing the table "db" under the mysql main database and adding a missing database user with the right user permissions to the imported database.
