Brew of the day is Capetown lungo, and the biscuits today are Farmhouse by Pepperidge Farm. Because the world needs another chocolate chip biscuit :steammocking: Ah'vrie is kidding, these are as good as Chips Ahoy, but the old cat prefers fresh baked Toll House. Warm and gooey rules.

As a stealth archer, the old cat totally agrees with the concepts behind the mod. Ah'vrie currently uses Realistic AI detection paired with WildCat which "at the moment" does quite a bit more than this mod, but this is a good start. The author also listed a really good idea for a "future update". "Been thinking about doing a dungeon lighting overhaul in the vein of Dungeon Darkness Redone, except with Base Object Swapper. Then if you put out the lights, enemies will put the lights back."
To be honest, if all the dungeons went black, except for where there are NPCs, and gave you the ability to either light or extinguish all remaining sources in a dungeon, AND the NPCs were smart enough to discover and re-light those sources; the old cat would probably call that a mod of the year candidate. Especially if the NPC AI also detected "you" using a light source from a distance as they should... if wishes were horses.

Annnnnd! it's time once again to tend the inn for our most honored guests. Excuse please while the fires are stoked, the kettles scrubbed, fresh water is put to the boil, and the floors are swept and mopped for the party. Not even the Nords are going to spoil Ah'vrie's day.
Brew of the day is Stockholm Lungo, and we'll be baking fresh biscuits after Ah'vrie visits the markets a little later this morning. Checking the hot sheets we have 39 new with all the jiggles, dangles, accessories, patches, pointy sticks and cheats we've come to expect. Okay, we love choice here as everyone knows... This mod uses the model from High poly project, but projects a lower res texture onto its UV map. The result looks like the HPP cabbage, but has the a smaller resource foot print than the SMIM version. Nice bit of work, but IMHO Scrumptious Cabbages blows it away. Still ... Ah'vrie is not sure if this is a bad omen, but the winter solstice occurring the evening before the festival of new moons is unsettling. It will deepen the darkness even more, when darkness already holds sway, so be on your guard.
Anyway, it's never gloomy at the inn. Excuse please while the ash pits are emptied and the fires rebuilt. You might want to cover your tankards for a bit, this tends to raise a little dust... There, much better no? Ah'vrie always likes to start the weekend off with happy fires yes he does. Now to compost the ash, scrub the kettles and put fresh water to the boil...

The author spent a lot of time literally splitting and adding meshes to get past the 4 source rules, and the old cat knows what a PITA that is. Alchemy Plus by Parapets

This nerfs the price of impure potions, but more importantly it improves the naming conventions for player created potions to more reflect the vanilla potions. It also does incremental effect level rounding to the nearest 5 points to declutter your inventory while leveling up XP.
To be honest, the old cat does not agree with nerfing impure potions, he never has. Even in the example giving in the pictures the "potions of regeneration (impure)" There's absolutely no reason a non magic user wouldn't choose to use that formula, and two active effects SHOULD give a boost to the XP gained. Still, Far be it from Ah'vrie to argue to save a "beloved" vanilla exploit when the arguments are sound. This one still gets 2 cookies even if the old cat chooses not to add it.
