Well, the location is good, and it's only two stalls, but also exactly where a recent mod dropped a house for the mill owner... Ivarstead is the red headed stepchild of Skyrim towns. Even Arthmoor couldn't really turn it into another Riverwood. The food merchant should have been Bodi seeing as it's her farm. It's tough to head cannon anything around one house, a mill, an inn and a farm. Honestly the vanilla mill doesn't fit in. Thanks
