Oookay... The old cat totally gets the mechanic, but not the use case. Ah'vrie was thinking that toning down the potency of some of his later potions would reduce the price and make them easier to sell, but the averaged potions seem to completely lose their value. That means the only purpose of this mod is to make potions weaker.
